Delivery and Shipping costs

NIGHT SWIMMERS makes national and international shipments.

(**) Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic and Switzerland

(*) In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the amount corresponding to Export DUA, €22 + VAT, must be covered, as well as in Andorra with an amount of €15 + VAT.

Shipping in 24/48H: From Monday to Thursday, place your order before 4:00 p.m. and it will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays before 2:00 p.m. arrive on Monday, after 2:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays will arrive on Tuesday. Valid only for peninsula. In the case of the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Andorra, the time can vary from 24-72 hours.

The distribution of swimwear, fashion and accessories is carried out through UTICAT. For international services, the use of CORREOS is also used depending on the shipping area.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, so you can locate your package at any time.

• The shipping costs for the Peninsula will be €6
• Transport costs will be free for the customer and will be assumed directly by us if the amount of the order is greater than or equal to €120. If the amount of the order is less than that amount, then the transport costs will be charged to the customer.
• In the case of the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the amount of the order must be equal to or greater than €180.
• INTERNATIONAL shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping area, size, weight, product measurements as well as the amount of the order. The customer will be able to view the costs before making the purchase.
• For shipments to Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the mode of shipment is freight collect, establishing a procedure for the recovery of the corresponding Export Document (DUA) in the event of an export (Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands ). All customs expenses will be borne by the recipient.

Methods of payment and execution of the order

The customer may choose any of the following methods, making his choice effective during the payment process.

– VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, the information about your credit card is entered directly on the bank’s page, in the POS (Bank Point of Sale Terminal) and is not entered or registered in any NIGHT SWIMMERS server.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card. MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its owner may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and repayment entries in the accounts of the supplier and the owner will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will be obligated against NIGHT SWIMMERS to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

The availability of the products offered by NIGHT SWIMMERS may vary depending on customer demand. Although NIGHT SWIMMERS updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, NIGHT SWIMMERS will notify the client, by means of an email, at the moment it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum term of 30 days. NIGHT SWIMMERS will be able to give the double option of: supplying the client without a price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by NIGHT SWIMMERS within this same period, paying the amounts paid for the canceled order.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claim

The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification through our email hello@thenightswimmers.com.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
