HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY NIGHT SWIMMERS PURCHASE?

If you want to return or change your order, you have 14 calendar days to notify us from the time you receive the product and proceed with the return or exchange process. To do this, the first thing you should do is send us an email to hello@thenightswimmers.com indicating in the subject if it is a change or a return and the order number.

In the body of the email you must include the following information:

  • Product and size that you want us to send you (check if it is available on the web), if it is a loose piece, just ask us for the piece you want to change, a top or a panty
  • Complete delivery address (street, number, floor, postal code and city):

Then you must send us the product to our offices at c/ de la Gleva 38, entlo 1º, 08006, Barcelona. Please put a piece of paper in the bag with the same information you sent us by email (order number, name, email…). You can do it by mail or through any courier company. Remember that NIGHT SWIMMERS is not responsible for the cost of this shipment.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will review its status. At the time we verify that the returned items and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the refund.

In the case of wanting to make a change in size, color or model, the procedure is the same. You must send us an email with:

Once we receive your purchase and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the requested change.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will review its status. As soon as we verify that the returned items and documentation are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the change. If the initial payment needs to be readjusted because the price of the first purchase does not match the price of the products for which they want to change, we will contact you by email.

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the contrary has not been arranged.

NIGHT SWIMMERS may withhold the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.

Return of the defective product.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing NIGHT SWIMMERS of the reason for return through our email hello @thenightswimmers.com, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

NIGHT SWIMMERS undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale, or to proceed with the corresponding refund.

If the client wishes to file a claim, they can do so through the email hello@thenightswimmers.com.

Jurisdiction

Likewise, NIGHT SWIMMERS reserves the right to present civil or criminal actions that it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. NIGHT SWIMMERS is located in BARCELONA, Spain.

Returns & Exchanges

1. CHANGES (VALID ONLY IN SPAIN PENINSULA) (if you want to change one product/size for another)

The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer, they consist of €6 and must be paid via bank transfer. You have 15 days from when you receive the product to request the change.

In order to make a change, the product must be in perfect condition, please check that in the case of a swimsuit or bikini, the PANTY is CLEAN and is as you received it before requesting any change. In the case of clothing products and accessories, we will not accept exchanges of used products, stained makeup, deodorants or washed.

In this case, the product will not be changed, since it does not meet the hygienic standards it should.

We will answer you within a maximum period of 4 working days, and if we have the product you request, we will notify you of the date of the new shipment.

We will send you a delivery person with the new product, so make sure you have the product to be returned ready to deliver it immediately to the courier who will give you the new product.

The courier will deliver the new product to you, together with a plastic bag already labeled. In that bag you must put the product to be returned and deliver it to the same courier.

*Changes can only be applied in Spain (Peninsula). In any other case, a return must be made (+info below).

 

2. RETURNS (if you want us to refund your money)

You have 15 days from when you receive the product at home to request a return. To do this, your purchase must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition, please check that the PANTY is CLEAN and is as you received it, in the case of clothing or accessories, we will not accept products stained with makeup, deodorants and washed. Products must be returned in their original cloth bag.

In this case, the product will not be refunded, since it does not meet the hygienic standards it should.

If everything is correct:

  • Order reference (uppercase letters):
  • Name:
  • E-mail:
  • Model:
  • Size:
  • Card holder (with which payment was made):

Next, you must send us the returned product to our Logistics Warehouse, please put a piece of paper in the bag with the same information that you have sent us by email (order number, name, email…), you must send us everything to the c/ Ríos Rosas 8-10, PB 1, 08006, Barcelona. You can do it by post or through any courier company. Remember that Night Swimmers is not responsible for the cost of this return shipment.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your email with all the information and your return arrives at our logistics warehouse in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase by refunding the credit or debit card with which you made the order. The amount of the return corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs.

In the event that you have made the payment by Paypal, we will proceed to make the refund to your Paypal account.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When we have verified that everything is correct upon receipt of your order in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the payment of the return and informing you that the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, to the credit or debit card with the that you made your purchase.
